Katy Perry, known as one of the unofficial queens of camp, has embraced the mermaidcore trend with her latest outfit. The singer attended the grand reopening of Tiffany & Co.’s flagship store in New York City, dressed in a vintage pearl-colored Dior by John Galliano gown from Fall 2006. The gown featured sheer straps, top-to-bottom ruffles that emulated the vibe of scales and a shell bra, and a dramatic train. Perry paired the gown with a shimmering silver necklace, diamond stud earrings, and two emerald rings from Tiffany. She finished off the look with a pair of matching strappy silver heels, a rosy-cheeked complexion, subtle smoky eye, and pink lips, and pulled her raven-colored hair into a low messy bun. Perry surprised the star-studded guest list, including Florence Pugh, by taking the stage to sing a few of her biggest hits.
